"This note is sent with deepest appreciation for the care being given to my mother. The nurses were very professional suggesting mother's admittance in to the "rehab" section of your center as they understood her concerns about a "nursing home" environment. During the past two weeks when I call, mother has nothing but praise about the care she is receiving from your staff. She says if she needs anything someone is there within minutes of her call. She can't get over the kindness of the nurses and the attentiveness of the nurses.

Yesterday evening during our chat, she shared that she had gone to play Bingo and had almost won several times. I could hear the happiness in her voice and for this delight; I wanted to thank you, your staff and personnel that had taken such good care of her. You are making the "winter" season of her life most enjoyable. Please accept this note as my expression of appreciation for the kindness that is being extended to my family."

Sincerely,
T.W.
